Jokey is a character that came out in the cartoon: The Smurfs. He is usually seen with a present box and giving the other smurfs the presents which blow up in front of their faces. He also laughs when they exlode. He is voiced by June Foray in the cartoon and voiced by Paul Reubens in the 2011 movie. His first appearence was in the season 1 of The Smurfs. He also appeared in the game: Smurf's Village app for the iphone, ipad and ipod touch, he gives you daily gifts which you have to tap but you must find him first.
